Your 100% satisfaction is Cuddle Smart's top priority. We have faith in our products and want you to feel the same way. It is our belief that that once you use a Cuddle Smart product, you will not only be eager to purchase more – but to tell your friends and family how wonderful they are!

All products in our Baby line are backed by the Cuddle Smart Promise. However, if our products do not meet your expectations for any reason, they can be returned for a full refund (including shipping, if applicable,) within 90 days following receipt of package.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Cuddle Smart does not accept returns or exchanges of the following items:

—- Any product which has been washed in a bleach-based detergent

—- Any product is soiled, ripped, permanently stained or damaged.

Receiving a Refund or an Exchange

We’ll issue a refund after we receive and process your return. You can expect your refund within 2-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in most cases you’ll receive the refund sooner).

This time period includes:

  • 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
  • 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
  • The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)
  • We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
  • Replacements/Exchanges are processed upon product availability; a back order may delay shipments
