Shipping is free for any order totaling $75 or more. For orders of $74.99 or less, shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout. Items are delivered via FedEx ground to arrive within five business days of our shipping your order. Items will not be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. All orders must be shipped by our designated carrier service and deliveries will require signature for release.
All in stock orders are usually processed within 36-48 business hours. If we are out of stock on an item, we will hold the entire order until the item(s) have been restocked. Customers are notified by email of back ordered item(s) and can email (email@example.com) or call 1-908-698-4420 to cancel any back orders.
Items cannot currently be shipped to a P.O. Box.
Orders that need to be shipped outside of the 48 contiguous states will require special shipping arrangements to be made in advance. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing an order for these estimated shipping costs.
All orders are reviewed prior to shipment. Title of all ordered products is passed to the buyer upon acceptance by shipper or carrier. Damage sustained during shipping is the responsibility of the carrier; therefore all claims for losses or damages occurring during shipping must be filed with the carrier by the buyer.

Back Order Policy
We will ship your back order with NO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES as soon as the product becomes available, typically within 10-14 business days. Since we ship factory direct, there is no way for us to know at any given time what may or may not be on back order. Therefore, at the time you place your order, all items are charged.
Back orders will be maintained for 30 days.
